This is an exciting role in Pathfinder 23’s Media Buying Team and you’ll be joining an international group of paid search geeks that love their clients and what we do. We’re proud members of official Amazon Ads Partner Network.
If you’re experienced PPC specialist or digital marketing manager that wants to explore the world of paid search, this opportunity may be right up your ally! We offer extensive onboarding on e-commerce PPC for you to land steadily into your new role.
- Create and execute an integrated e-commerce marketing strategy and plan for new product launches/ holidays across organic and paid media channels
- Forecast, plan and optimize paid search campaigns on selected ad platforms
- Day to day contact with select amount of global clients, leading weekly marketing conversations, reviewing and reporting of performance data and making strategic recommendations to hit client goals
- Conduct keyword research and market/platform analysis
- Create presentations and case studies independently
- As part of strategy department – work on proper knowledge flow between strategy, design and client service teams by conducting trainings and workshops, writing articles or newsletters
- Digital Marketing/ Media House Experience (minimum 2+ years)
- Hands on search PPC campaign set-up and management experience
- Fluent English (we’re an international team, so both internal and external communication is in English)
- Perfect command of MS Office
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time & project management skills
- Desire to constantly learn and develop knowledge
- Readiness to work in US time zone (several times per month)
- Positive attitude ;)

Whether the candidate is experienced in E-commerce PPC (for example Amazon Ads), PPC (for example Google Ads) or digital marketing manager that likes numbers, it’s a great opportunity because this field will only get bigger. Also the team is growing fast, together with global clients we work for (now working in both Americas, Europe and Middle East), so it provides opportunity to work on biggest brands globally and learn from scratch / further develop paid media skills.
This role is unique because it combines strategic and client service responsibilities, allowing for both “hard” strategy skills and soft skills to be developed. Moreover, it’s independent role – new member will be leading 1 or more markets for the client, for which they will have 100% responsibility. It develops ability to work well under pressure, time organisation and ability to be a strategic lead.
Last but not least, this role is very knowledge-oriented. This person will learn lots of e-commerce facts to be able to be an e-commerce business consultant for the client. This knowledge and agency know-how are very in demand on the market right now, and will only gain the importance.
