Your main focus will be:
- Delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives
- People Management (Hire to Retire, Leading, Managing, Coaching, Developing, Motivating etc.)
- Building positive relationships with internal and external business partners
- Ensuring the realization of tasks for AP team according to good practice and Service Level Agreements, and securing a valid data-output for further analysis,
- Ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy
- Ensuring timely month-end activities accordingly to Arla's closing table

Together with other P2P team leaders and P2P manager you will co-drive the development of the entire department towards that goal by implementing a continuous improvement mindset, solutions and processes.
Experience in accountancy and a motivating leadership style
You have a BA or MA degree in accounting, finance or similar field of studies. You know P2P processes as the back of your hand and have no fear, to challenge status quo, to bring them to the highest efficiency. You have been working in accountancy field for at least 4 years and you have a proven track of leadership experience.
You motivate your team by building strong relations, with a high respect for professionalism, enabling them to grow and develop.
Your global mind-set and organizational understanding allow you to relate with stakeholders on various levels and within different cultures.
To be successful in that role you have to speak English fluently. We are looking for ambitious people and who are able to work under pressure in very challenging and changeable environment. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, we expect the candidate to know how to inspire colleagues to perform high-class results while keeping up a positive energy and high spirits.
