Finance and IT Team Leader – Training and development in HANA/SQL
A new role has emerged for a Team leader with an IT/accounting background in Łodz.
You responsibilities will include managing, controlling and developing the internal team, responsible for studying and analysing financial patterns within and outside of the company, and using this knowledge to predict and plan future arrangements. Accounting and P&L (Profit and Loss) experience is very helpful.
This role will train and develop you in more technical areas of in IT, specifically databases (HANA). This will include basic configuration, editing and programming on these databases. Previous experience using databases (this includes basic data extraction and analysis) in the past is a requirement for this role.
You will be leading a medium sized and capable team. You will be their leader, guiding and recommending new solutions and plans for the team.
If you have experience as a master data specialist or database analyst, you would be a good fit for this role, but other candidates with different backgrounds are welcome too.
You must have:
- Strong leadership qualities - accepting challenges and providing solutions.
- Fluent English
- IT/Finance Background
Nice to have:
- Experience in SAP HANA or SQL databases
- Work in an international environment, for large companies
- Experience or familiarity in Data to Insight
