Job description
- Acts as the single point of responsibility for OTC team located in Poland, in parallel with playing the Global Process Owner (GPO) role for OTC service delivery from Poland, India and China
- Reviews operational performance and customer satisfaction and resolve performance issues
- Ensure OTC process consistency for entire scope
- Reviews progress against agreed goals and priorities
- Identify and manage changes to be implemented (continuous improvement) in agreement with client
- Builds and maintains a highly motivated and skilled delivery team
- Escalation point for advanced customer queries
- Ensure client policy compliance
- Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
- Continually strives to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve processes
- Proactively shares knowledge and best practices
- Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction
Candidate’s profile
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Good numerical and business reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
Requirements
- University or college degree, preferably in economics
- Experience in people management
- 3-5 years of work experience, OTC experience required
- Good decision making skills
- Very good command of English
