OTC Credit & Collections Analyst French Speaker

Position purpose
This position reports/coordinates efforts to ensure customer’s compliance to Client’s credit & collection, accounts receivable, and cash application policies & procedures through daily contact (written & verbal) with customer base. Properly documents all interaction for review by management and auditors to ensure SOX compliance as well as all other departmental audits.
Job description
- Collecting payments from customers
- Answering e-mails/ phone calls from clients
- Cash Application and bank reconciliation
- Reconcile Accounts
- Collect Outstanding Balances
- Resolve queries from the customers
- Prepare and provide quality reports on time
Requirements
- French C1 level is a must
- Spanish B2/C1 will be an asset
- Good knowledge of English
- Fnance and Accounting experience or/and education will be an asset
- Proficiency with a computer and data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Experience with Oracle Financials will be an advantage
