Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Serving as an SME for respective processes
- Performing checks and reviews
- Perform monthly and quarterly tasks in line with procedures [payment processing, PO validation, queries handling, reconciliation of bank/vendor payables/t&e/payroll accounts etc.]
- Cooperating with internal and external partners [vendors, client]
- Being responsible for timely preparation of all deliverables related to allocated Entities
- Identify opportunities and support process improvements
- Resolving queries, manage incoming and outgoing calls and supporting investigate issues at hand
- Reconcile sub-ledger and ledger account
- Very good English
- Working knowledge of OTC processes [2yrs+]
- MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Analytical skills and ability to work within a problem-solving environment
- Knowledge of other foreign languages
- ERP literacy (Oracle)
- Business writing skills: report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Collaborative skills allowing to maintain the relationship with the key partners, both internal and external
- Communicator on all levels and in all directions
- Proactivity in identifying potential improvements
- Passion and willingness to learn and deliver through Operational Excellence
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
