Organizational Change Analyst

The Organizational Change Analyst is required to deliver various Change elements in support of the implementation of Jacobs IT projects.
- Working collaboratively with the functional teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to identify and understand the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from the changes being introduced
- Working closely and collaboratively with business process and other change management resources to deliver change management activities including the design, development and implementation of deliverables
- Collaborate with Project Managers and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on stakeholder communications and managing global stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
- Ability to utilize a variety of change management methodologies to suit project change management requirements
- Experience in developing practical Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications and Training strategies
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management
- Experience in identifying impacts and creating a mitigation plan to minimize people-related business risks
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills (English) with ability to facilitate meetings and engage with senior IT managers.
- Ability to understand and support business process management, improvement and design
- Ability to deploy change management strategies in a global environment while supporting and aligning to global cultural and business process changes
