For our Client - Shared Service Center, we are looking for experienced candidates to join to its Order to Cash or Record to Report Romanian team.
Order to Cash / Record to Report Accountant with Romanian (transition process)

Responsibilities in Order to Cash department:
- supporting and developing Order to Cash processes,
- processing electronic bank statements, performing bank reconciliations,
- applying incoming cash to open items on receivable accounts,
- processing partial/prepayments and advance payment requests,
- developing and maintaing successful working relationships with Internal Client and Business Partners,
- identifying potential process improvements,
- supporting Team Leader,
- involvement in the transition processes.
Responsibilities in Record to Report department:
- assuring accurate and timely postings in GL including: fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, provisions;
- responsibility over accounting, tax and statistical reporting in assigned entities;
- statutory accounting, reporting and audits;
- performing month-end closing activities including accounts reconciliation;
- cooperation with auditors;
- ensuring that transactions are carried out according to corporate policies and statutory regulations;
- assisting in preparation of new internal control documentation;
- testing new systems, policies and tools.
Requirements:
- experience in accounting:
- min. 6 months - for Accountant position (preferably in Order to Cash/ Record to Report department),
- min. 2 years - for Senior Accountant position (preferably in Order to Cash / Record to Report department),
- very good command of Romanian and English,
- university degree,
- energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work,
- ability to work under pressure.
