On behalf of our Client, one of the leading investment companies, we are looking to recruit highly skilled Oracle developer to join professional team and take charge of this exciting role.
As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible mainly for analysing application issues (and providing recommendations and solutions) while working closely with architects and designers in order to deliver high quality software. Key elements of the role will also include: construction and maintenance of program code and essential documentation as well as participation in development stand ups and software demonstrations.
The ideal Candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Information Technology including 3 years of experience in Data Modelling and full life cycle development. We are looking for someone who is familiar with PL/SQL programming and who has solid experience in developing on Oracle databases (Oracle 11G) and UNIX. To be considered for this role, you should have professional experience in using ETL and TOAD (or similar tool). In addition a strong know-how in performance tuning, fluency in English and ability to write technical software design documentation is a must while performing this role. Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator and experience in Cognos BI would be an asset.
