Oracle Applications Analyst (SCM)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline
- Knowledge of Oracle Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks, configurations
- Experience in Oracle Applications modules related to the Order Management / Shipment Execution process and Inventory and experience in Distributor Management (knowledge of working in a Multi-Organization environment inside the Oracle Applications)
- 2 to 4 years practical technical/functional experience and 2+ lifecycle implementations
- Knowledge with SQL based queries and the application framework of Oracle applications, global implementations of Oracle applications, business flows implementations like Order - to Cash
- Knowledge/experience of integrations with Oracle 11i /R12 applications
- Knowledge of the AIM Methodology and Hyperion appreciated
- Some knowledge in the Finance modules is preferred (Knowledge of EMEA financial localizations / US GAAP / Vertex TAX Engine is appreciated)
- Good written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English
- Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage

- Must have organizational skills in order to deliver requirements for multiple projects in timely manner, effectively communication skills and skills to keep the project team or management informed on projects status and progress
Responsibilities:
- Acts as an Analyst for the team members and key business users (Oracle EBS SCM)
- Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical Business User constituencies
- Interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation
- Engage Business Users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective Internet solution
- Engage Business Users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution
- Manage components of a project plan or smaller projects
- Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations
- Verification of feasibility of Business Users request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
- Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts
- Play the role of PM for a project if needed
