

Lantec UK is a fast-growing IT Services and logistics provider with expertise in EPoS, ATM, Networking, Card terminals and client-server installations. The Company is looking to build upon existing relationships in key managed service accounts as well as developing new ones, particularly in retail and banking.
Overview
As a member of the management team you will be responsible for ensuring that the TI operation within Poland-- is managed effectively so that it meets and exceeds customer expectations. To help ensure Lantec is the No 1 service provider of choice.
Key Accountabilities
- To strategically contribute to the development and growth of the business as a member of the management team;
- To create and continuously develop a nationwide engineering strategy that ensures the customer's needs and expectation are met;
- To effectively manage all logistical processes to ensure complete accountability of all stock items;
- To ensure the business provides a high quality, flexible field engineering solution to our customers;
- To manage and motivate direct reports to ensure Company and departmental objectives are met and efficiency is maximised;
- To create a positive culture within the TI Division based on effective leadership through the management of all staff;
- To interface with our customers and to build strong and effective working relationships;
- To manage all aspects of the in-country premises;
- To have responsibility for all aspects of Health & Safety for all field based engineers.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree level educated
- ITIL qualification desirable
Knowledge
- Business planning; process design; improving operational efficiencies;
- An understanding of BSI ISO 9000 standards;

- The ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to getting results through leading others;
- A strategic thinker who has strong skills and experience in organisational development;
- The ability to drive performance improvement through change;
- Effective at building positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients with good negotiation skills;

Experience
- A minimum of 3 years at management level within the IT/Technology sector;
- At least 2 years within a Logistics environment
- Blue chip background;
