Operations Manager - Cash Cycle Management

The purpose of the role is to provide local operational management and support for the growing teams in Krakow. Teams scope of this role is EMEA Country-Specific Commercial Risk support teams focused on Cash Cycle Management. The Operations Manager will report to the Centre Leader and will take business direction from EMEA Transformation Office.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management of Country-Specific Commercial Risk Cash Cycle Management teams providing services for the whole region of EMEA
- Constant collaboration with international partners who will provide business direction to the Krakow Cash Cycle Management teams
- Reporting to the Centre Leader on a local solid line basis and to BU stakeholders on a dotted line basis
- Running Annual Performance Management Process for the teams
- Financial Acumen to support annual budgeting process, monthly and quarterly performance evaluation
- Leading recruitment processes
- Reporting of team(s) performance through agreed performance reporting processes that will include monthly/quarterly MBR and Supervisory Board
- Enabling Business Unit growth through the support of work migration/knowledge transfer programs, building new teams, engaging with new partners from initial engagement to launch and afterwards
- Talent management of team resources to create development opportunities for team members and support teams' objectives for upskilling and growth
- Supporting process improvement agenda with an overall objective of simplifying processes, driving process efficiency and improving our customers experience
- Driving problem solving and process improvement discussions within the teams and in co-operation with local and global process improvement resources
- Active participation/leadership in external and internal calls/meetings
Requirements:
- Experience of organizing & managing service delivery teams at Operations Manager or Senior Team manager level
- Client service mastery with ability to interact effectively with the business
- Ability to communicate, empower and provide feedback to Team Members on an ongoing basis
- Financial savvy to review financial performance, support budget setting and CBA processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- English language – min. level C1
- Ability to lead meetings and conference calls with local teams and international stakeholders
- Ability to manage work under strict deadlines
- Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of Commercial Risk processes
- Proficiency in German language
