Due to dynamic growth in Poland. We are looking for a person who will become a team player in the local team for our Client on a position of Operations Administrator. The Candidate will be responsible for providing regular support to the Site Leader. Operations Administrator will be responsible for coordinating senior leadership and client visits. Supporting and/or driving community building efforts to support and increase engagement of colleagues.
- Minimum tenure of one year as an Assistant (internal: with at least very strong year-end rating)
- 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 or higher)
- Strong Microsoft Office and Lotus notes skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask and attend to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, including senior Firm colleagues
- Demonstratung maturity, good judgment, self-confidence, and flexibility
- Aptitude for project management and effective process management skills
