Job Summary
To support the daily operations for our Professional Services Department, we are seeking a proficient administrator to join our team in Krakow, Poland. Your primary focus will be to provide administration support to the due diligence delivery teams by handling the order screening, case activation and research task workflow for fulfilment of customer orders for due diligence reports.
- Provide administration support to the Due Diligence Department
- Handling and screening incoming case orders
- Create and track research task orders for due diligence cases
- Cooperate closely with the due diligence delivery teams on prioritisation and status of research tasks
- Upload outputs from completed research tasks to our due diligence operations system
- Compile monthly reports relating to the throughput of research task orders
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for the due diligence delivery teams
