For over 20 years, HackerU has been the State of Israel's go-to IT & Cybersecurity training institute. As we expand, we are looking for Operations & Administration Manager in Poland to establish, oversee and manage all performance metrics for our regional teams. The Operations & Administration Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, running, and supervising all operational functions and activities. The right candidate must have a proven track record in administering operational, financial, and supportive business functions.
- Analyze processes, provide feedback and assist in creating, documenting and refining operations for the organization
- Oversee and administer student tuitions, reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Monitor and record reports on student's tuition details
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Assist with financial management tasks
- Coordinate with local university staff to prepare classrooms, and ensure that technology resources are well maintain, including the computer equipment and all Internet/IT aspects.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Provide progress reports for continuous improvement
- At least 5 years of hands-on operational experience
- English at high level is a must
- Operational experience with academic institutions is a must
- Close attention to detail
