Our client is currently opening a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow. We are looking for experienced candidates for the above position.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of operational procurement
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Very good spoken & written English
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- Customer Service oriented
- Analytical skills
- Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
- Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
- Experience in SAP is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high quality, professional day to day service, within agreed SLAs
- Validate Purchase Requisitions
- Purchase Orders creation in SAP
- Complete Free Text Requests
- Verify purchase request quality and correct buying channel for spot buy request
- Identify recurring spot buys to be added to catalogues
- Ensure compliance to Procurement policy and procedures
- Identify savings opportunities
- Provide support to Requestors both via email and phone
- Prepare reports
