Your role
Do you have an analytic mind? Are you a great communicator with a strong interest in Operating Models?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Support the day to day activities and specific initiatives related to the Group Risk Control (GRC) Operating Model governance
- Support the maintenance, consolidation and reporting of the GRC Operating Model
- Manage the Change Request backlog
- Create and update documentation, including guidance, communications and committee packs
- Support change cycles and follow up individually with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Lead small processes and improvement projects independently
- Attend meetings with senior management
Your team
You will work in the Group Risk, Chief Operating Officer (COO) team and we are responsible for the design, articulation and maintenance of the Operating Model, including the Who (our staff), Why (the Services we provide), What (the Processes we perform) and Where (location of staff and activities). We bring these components together to provide insightful information necessary for strategic decisions.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration or other numerical discipline
- Knowledge of Operating Model (Service, Process Management, metrics etc.)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong sense of initiative to meet focus on deadlines
- Independent and structured approach
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
You are:
- A quick learner
- An excellent communicator (you like to work in partnership)
- Familiar with Risk Control
- Known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
- Familiar with Process Management and associated toolset, eg Aris
