Onsite Technician

YOUR TASKS
- Providing On Site 2nd line support for an international customer
- Analyzing and solving IT issues related to software and hardware
- Troubleshooting and configuring of Microsoft Windows Environment, Network and Office applications
- Maintaining positive relations with our end-users
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent Polish and good English
- Experience in PC/laptops configuration (software and hardware)
- Basic knowledge of Network Domain, TCP/IP, MS Windows, Active Directory and Office
- Problem solving orientation
- Good communication skills
- Job for 3-4 months with possibility of extension
Would be an asset:
- Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally as an IT Technical Engineer / Technician
