Join our growing Global Benefits Team! We are looking for professional and motivated individuals to support our clients with their benefit plans. We are supporting benefit platform maintenance from its implementation to ongoing administration serving Clients from around the world.
As an Online Benefits Platform Administrator, you will:
- Join a great, dedicated and energetic team
- Gain experience in data administration, system testing and customer service
- Learn about different benefit schemes
- Find out how to implement a new product for a client
- Build contact network with colleagues from other locations
As a part of our Team you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that benefit deductions in payroll and provider files are accurate
- Identifying discrepancies and highlighting errors on produced files
- Managing client mailbox and answering queries on a timely manner
- Participating in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing (performed by the clients)
- Creating and updating standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with clients expectations
- Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs
- Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives and third-party providers.
Requirements:
- Communicative English – B2+ is a minimum as we are working in an international environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- A good command of MS Excel
- A team player who contributes by accomplishing results as needed
