As an Online Advertising Specialist you will be providing high quality customer care to our Client’s customers. In this role you will apply an understanding of our clients advertising products and drive the return on investment to an existing customer starting with small and medium business accounts with opportunities to develop further.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German plus an intermediate level of English. We are looking for self motivated people with great communication skills who have a general knowledge of social media and other digital platforms. Previous customer service experience within a face to face or online environment would be an advantage.
In this role you will provide high quality customer care via phone, email and chat. You will deliver effective troubleshooting and query resolution and assist customers with account optimisation. In this role you will gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all online advertising services including PPC, Maps, Analytics, Shopping and Search.
