Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager/Legal secretary to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting HR, Marketing, Finance functions.
- Finance: Executing and monitoring payments, interactions with banks. Managing rental agreements.
- HR: Participating in the recruitment process, including initial resume screening, posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for managers. Participating in the onboarding process for new employees. Organizing events for employees.
- Reception and Correspondence: Handling incoming phone calls and emails. Generating leads, redirecting inquiries, and providing clients with feedback.
- Office Operations: Ensuring the efficient functioning of the office, including managing office resources and supplies, Business trips management.
- CRM Management: Maintaining the office's contact and counterparty database in the CRM system.
- Document Processing: Managing document flow. Organizing document translations and notarization processes.
- Marketing: Organizing the participation of lawyers in marketing and educational events.
- Previous experience in administrative, HR roles or similar positions is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Polish (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
