DynaRisk is a leading player in the world of Cyber Security & Intelligence Solutions. We work with high profile clients in various sectors including telecoms and insurance. We're a growing startup, and as such, we're looking to strengthen our talented, high-achieving team by hiring a super organised Office Manager with some Accounting skills! The role is based in our Krakow office.
This role will suit you if you're an energetic Office Manager with around 3 years experience and some experience in Accounting duties. You'll be passionate about working in a fast-moving business. You'll be able to think on your feet, be proactive, service driven and you'll be comfortable at working at different levels.
About the Role
- You’ll be the main contact in our busy Krakow office. You’ll own and develop our office procedures, and work closely with our team, helping to support our growth. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Accounting duties including basic Book-keeping using Xero.
- Following up on unpaid invoices
- Producing excel reports for the sales team
- Booking travel, managing expenses, and managing our office budget.
- Booking meetings and appointments. You'll book meetings and rooms as and when required.
- Assisting some of our Senior Management Team with diary management and administration as and when required.
- General office management: Organisation and management of office stock and general equipment, arranging team events and outings
- Other tasks as and when required.
Requirements
You’ll be:
- An experienced Office Administrator or Manager, with a least 3 years experience.
- Experienced in basic Book-keeping - and you'll have used Xero or similar in the past.
- Based near our Polish office.
- Keen to learn and progress your career, and passionate about working in a startup environment.
- An outstanding communicator, you'll be multi-lingual, able to speak English and Polish.
- Comfortable in liaising with individuals at all levels. You'll be professional and open and friendly in your manner! You'll be resilient, diplomatic and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable in using MS Office, including Excel and other software such as databases. You’ll be able to produce management reports when required and present your findings back to senior management in a clear and articulate fashion.
- A great multi-tasker. You’ll also show clear evidence of prioritising your workload, we need you to be super-organised and show great attention to detail!
- Positive, energetic, committed, flexible and reliable.
- Trustworthy and discreet. You’ll sometimes be dealing with confidential data and information, so you’ll need to be able to treat it sensitively.
- Able to think on your feet, with a proactive approach and you’ll love working as part of a team. You’ll be happy to work independently too!
- Comfortable in working in a small office. We’re growing, so this will change but if you prefer working in a larger corporate environment, this is not the role for you.
