Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide administrative support for members of the management team
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Organising and maintaining calendar of the company, arranging internal and external business meetings
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms, keeping the reception area tidy and conference rooms
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Cooperation with all HR/payroll issues with external company
- Assisting with preparation for new employees
- Establish, maintain and update files, databases and other documents; keeping record of invoices
- Receive, sort and distribute office correspondence, packages
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience on similar position
- Experience in an international environment where English was a language of a daily basis communication preferred
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential
- Very strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to quickly adapt and flexibility where necessary
- Reliable and attention to detail is critical for this role
- Higher education, technical fields are welcome
