- managing full scope of Administration task related to Poland, Katowice office location (up to 40 employees and headquarters in Sweden, Stockholm),
- being responsible for HR operations area (documents, benefits and cooperation with external payroll supplier),
- managing office suppliers relations (including agreements, claims, cost efficiency and invoicing),
- managing office events (various team building activities, visitors, business trips),
- supporting On/Off-boarding process,
- supporting the local management team and HR Business Partner in topics related to office and employees,
- closely cooperating with headquarters in Sweden to apply standards and work on improvements adjusted to Katowice office needs.
- 3+ years of professional experience on similar position (preferably in an international environment),
- readiness to work on independent position and develop professional skills,
- practical basic knowledge of HR administration and Polish labor law,
- open minded and optimistic approach to professional challenges and people,
- natural focus on details and following standards with a bite of hunger for improvements,
- fluency in English (written and spoken) and MsOffice (Excel, Word),
- openness to work from the office (located in Katowice city center), occasionally working from home.
- experience in working with task management tool, e.g. Jira / Miro,
- openness to occasional business trips to Stockholm.
