Job description
- Welcome guests, candidates, and visitors.
- Monitor the level of office supplies and order new when necessary.
- Handle daily activities and administrate documents.
- Fill information for different administrative purposes.
- Support the HR department in onboarding new hires, benefits administration and organizing engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with all teams within the company to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Office Coordinator/HR Assistant will be considered an advantage.
- Highly responsible person with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Well-organized, loyal, and diligent person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of English language is a must.
