Currently we are looking for a person, who will join our Office Management & Operations Team on the position of:
- supporting reservation system of office and conference space
- inventory checks – all fixed assets
- control and communication of the H&S at the workplace
- space planning, cost analysis, relocations
- seats utilization and meeting room reporting
- gathering the current space requirements
- internal communication
- cost & budget analyzes
- preparing reports and presentations
- contact with external providers of office equipment

- At least 3 years of experience on the position of Office Assistant/Specialist
in an international company - Experience in managing office space and fit outs
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Analytical skills
- Fluent English

- Assertiveness
