Job description
As the representative for Webanywhere in Poland, reporting directly to the CEO in UK this role has the responsibility to oversee all company needs, handle daily business issues, manage company associations, and recognize business opportunities. Constantly communicating and negotiating with clients or business associates, working to strategically expand, preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while adhering to business ethics and regulatory guidelines.
Working closely with colleagues in the UK to resolve contractual and commercial problems ensuring regulation practices, financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties. Ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, legal and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations; reflecting them accurately
Job description
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; reviewing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Full accountability for all company operations in Poland and keeps CEO informed by preparing, reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Works closely with UK Financial Controller to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Builds and maintains effective management team relationships with peers in Poland and UK.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers;
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains and presents true and fair reports to statutory bodies and ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have experience of day to day operations of SME business
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Demonstrate understanding and interpretation in legal, financial and labor law requirements
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and delegation skills
- Excellent management of people and processes
- Excellent level of English, spoken and written, is required for this position
- Excellent leadership and motivation skills
- Availability to work on full time contract at the office located in Katowice
