BIC Electric Sp. z o. o. is looking for candidates for the position of:
Office Assistant
acting as support to the administration department of the company.
Typical task include:
- assisting in booking travel and accommodation
- summing up, controlling, saving documentation for travel costs
- administrative tasks like filing and preparing HR documentation
- filing documents, incl. scanning and saving in folders
- money transfers
- ad hoc translations
- preparing financial documents for the bookkeeping
- arranging meetings and events
Ideal candidate
- higher education, preferably in economics, HR or administration
- excellent English skills
- familiarity with a German or Russian language would be an asset, but is not required
- good level of computer literacy
- high standards of quality and accuracy of own work, focus on details
- a solution seeker, able to come up with own proposals
It is a perfect job for a well-educated, motivated person who is interested in starting his / her carrier in an international company. There is a possibility that in the longer run the job evolves towards tasks related to marketing and communication tasks or in the direction of administration and financial controlling. University graduates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
