Cheil Poland is a part of Cheil Worldwide Inc., global advertising agency from Korea with over 40 offices over the world. Currently we are looking for Office Assistant / Receptionist who will be responsible for:
- promotes excellent customer service by greeting all customers and visitors, managing a room booking system and keeping rooms tidy
- preparing and updating asset management database
- managing office supplies orders and deliveries
- personal assistant support to Managing Director (mainly: business trips, translations, etc.)
- arranging appointments
- answering enquiries by phone and email
- dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Requirements:
- proactive attitude, ability to multitask
- fluency in English is a must
- experience in office management / assistance position
- good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- great communications and organizational skills
- willingness to learn new tools and skills
