Office Administrator

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention for details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changes
- Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Performs reception, client service, and greeting/ screening duties (includes: answering phones, directing calls/ taking messages when necessary, establishing purpose of visit and directs visitors as necessary)
- Facilitate meetings, manage calendars, organize business trips, etc.
- Meetings organization
- Support team events and workshops
- Support in the administration area
- Cooperation with suppliers and courier companies
- Ordering office supplies
- Taking care of the appearance of the office
