Our Client, an international corporation, is opening for its European finance operations, a new SSC in Cracow. We are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position:

Office Administrator

Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international and multicultural organization
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention for details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changes
  • Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Performs reception, client service, and greeting/ screening duties (includes: answering phones, directing calls/ taking messages when necessary, establishing purpose of visit and directs visitors as necessary)
  • Facilitate meetings, manage calendars, organize business trips, etc.
  • Meetings organization
  • Support team events and workshops
  • Support in the administration area
  • Cooperation with suppliers and courier companies
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Taking care of the appearance of the office
