For our new office located at Wyscigowa street, we are looking for a resourceful Leader to take care of all admin topics.
- Being responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of office reception
- Managing the team of office administrators being a role model for them
- Making sure a high-security standard for our clients is in place
- Facility maintenance management (based on ticketing system)
- Managing co-working space in the office
- Supporting internal colleagues
- Managing travel requests for Hemmersbach employees
- Taking care of the company's image
Would be an asset:
- Hospitality leadership experience
- Fluent English and Polish
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Pro-activeness and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar position
