We seek an experienced, detail-oriented, tech savvy professional willing to support a multi-national business support team by focusing on the company’s Microsoft Office 365 based tools within the enterprise sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying O365 solutions as directed by the Sales Center of Excellence (SCOE) Sales Enablement team for the support and development of Microsoft based SCOE tools. These tools will be use by the SCOE, Jacobs Buildings, Infrastructure and Advanced Facilities (BIAF) and Aerospace, Technology and Nuclear (ATN) lines of businesses (LOB).
The focus of the SCOE Sales Enablement team is to serve the global sales community by providing an ecosystem of tools to address Knowledge Management and collaboration needs.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the SCOE Sales Enablement team the applicant will develop Microsoft based solutions within the SCOE tools ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
- Development of SharePoint (SP) Online and on premise solutions involving the following types of tasks:
- SP List and Library customization.
- SP permissions.
- SP Site page customization.
- SP collection design and deployment.
- SP site data/content migrations.
- SP/Office 365 security and permission best practices.
- SP data threshold administration.
- Developing SP Workflows in MS Flow (SharePoint Online) or Nintex (SharePoint 2016 on premise).
- Office 365 components deployment and administration:
- Flow.
- Power Apps.
- MS Teams.
- PowerShell/Windows-based scripting.
- Developing or working with developers to implement custom coding into Microsoft toolsets.
- Building and supporting improved search within Microsoft toolsets using Microsoft and Coveo search technologies.
Qualifications:
Technical skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office 365 tools with strong background in SharePoint, Flow, and PowerApps
or - 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office 365 tools with strong background in SharePoint, Flow, and PowerApps and a Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate certification,
or - The Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
- Coveo administration support.
Business skills:
- Strong verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization and coordination skills, detail and task oriented.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret information coming from multiple sources.
- Confidence to ask questions and seek additional information.
