O2C Team Leader

Position purpose
We are looking for candidates who are ready to join our delivery team, covering the following processes: Billing, Cash Application, Collection and Queries. As Team Leader your role will be to manage the team and provide high quality service for the Client.
Main accountabilities
- Taking overall responsibility for the processes and team work organization
- Providing assistance to team members, ensuring that all work is done according to the agreed targets, performance evaluation, motivation, communication
- Demonstrates knowledge of Account Receivables area and support the team members as appropriate
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to the Client, with agreed SLA’s and ensure these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed
- Supervise trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensure that processes are understood and being followed by the team members
- Focusing on continuously developing business relationships with Client,
- On daily basis cooperate with management and client to bring additional value for the business processes
- Build the positive and supportive team culture, and help team to improve efficiency
- Coordinating the job training for new joiners
- Prepare logistics, coordinates transition trainings and work with transition manger to ensure proper delivery of transition tasks.
Candidate’s profile
- Experience on similar position
- Very good English skills (at least C1)
- Experience in O2C is a must
- Very good analytical skills
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Transition experience is an asset
