Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of operations in O2C
- Knowledge of Process Management (process improvement, gaining efficiency) and Project Management
- SAP FI experience
- Very good command of English
- Strong interpersonal, communication and co-operation skills
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Analytical and conceptual mindset
- Customer orientation and intercultural competence
- Openness to international travel (up to 20%)
Responsibilities:
Scope of Job:
- Group-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Order to Cash processes
- Develops common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements across the company customers
- Design, implementation and updating of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
Business Strategy:
- Ensuring the design, implementation and updating of the Global Process Management Strategy for all processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with lower cost and higher productivity
- Supports in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
Key functional responsibilities:
- Definition and for the company wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and improvement of end-to-end processes in scope
- Support for process design and risk management
- Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Defines and develops KPI’s
- Ensuring formal process documentation
- Developing the service catalogue
- Identify the roadmap to migrate from AS-Is to the To-Be Environment
- Heads projects or initiates and steers projects
- Demand management towards IT (Translate process change into IT requirements. Preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
