Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of operations in O2C
- Knowledge of Process/ Project Management
- SAP FI experience
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German will be an asset

Responsibilities:
Order to cash covers customer service, order entry/operations, credit, billing, accounts receivable incl. credit card handling, collections, revenue protection, interface to collections agencies & credit data providers as well as cash and bank accounting.
This position focuses on global process optimization, development of process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements as well as design, implementation and update of the processes in scope assuring compliance and quality.
Tasks:
- Ensuring the implementation and updating of process optimizations globally for all processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with low cost and high productivity
- Project management to implement optimization solutions
- Process design and risk assessment
- Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Defining and development of KPI’s
- Ensuring formal process documentation
- Identification of the roadmap to migrate from AS-Is to the To-Be Environment
- Heading projects or initiation and steering projects
- Demand management towards IT (translate process change into IT requirements, preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT)
- Definition of design and improvements for IT applications used within Order To Cash processes
