Job description
  • Management of service delivery according to contractual KPI requirements and budget.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Operational issues management.
  • Active support of transition of the processes 
  • Active support of improvements

  • Assure proper grades pyramid in delivery team.

Requirements
  • Fluent English is essential (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of O2C Collections would be an asset
  • GPM knowledge

  • Very good analytical skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
