The scope of responsibilities assigned to the position:
- Works for worldwide customers within her/his own team or with other Ciscoteams to solve problems and enhance future products with senior engineersupervision.
- Solves reported product and network problems of moderate and highcomplexity.
- Effectively utilizes technical and customer relationship skills as well asdatabases of existing issues, debugging tools and lab simulations to analyzeproblems and identify solutions with a high level of customersatisfaction.
- Provides systems/product training and identifies improvement opportunitiesand recommendations in products and processes.
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest technology products in his area of expertisein order to provide a high quality support in current and future types ofsupport services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Computer Science, ElectricalEngineering, Telecommunications)
- Minimum 1 year of related experience involving customer exposure element inSecurity Technologies with special focus on AAA (802.1x, Radius). Knowledge ofCisco Products (ACS, ISE, etc.. ) is a plus.
- Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above) isrequired, ideally CCNP or above
- Fluent English
- Passion and demonstrated ability to learn and work in a multicultural teamenvironment
- Ability to drive to achieve goals with limited supervision moderate and highcomplexity.
