Job description

Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls and obtain payment of past due invoices

Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements

Responsible for basic customer and team communication via telephone, e-mail

Any other duties as assigned
Requirements

Fluency in Hungarian
-
Good knowledge in English or Polish
-
Customer Service and/or Collection experience

General PC knowledge
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

One to three months related experience and/or training ( Lack of debt collection related knowledge is not an obstacle. We offer trainings and implementation program)
