What you’ll do:
- Developing sales strategies, building exciting customer solutions and presentations that match up the healthcare sector customer’s requirements to UPS’s Distribution services
- Being responsible for robust pipeline management using Salesforce and other reporting tools
- Identify new customers/ opportunities to convert
- Maintain a book of business, build account strategy & growth roadmaps, manage contract renewals and compliance on the pull-through side
- Map out complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and position corresponding solutions and services
- Cultivate strong partnerships with multiple senior decision makers within customers’ and UPS organizations
- Share and collaborate across global teams to leverage our competitive intelligence
What you’ll need:
- Ambition and drive to win with a hunter sales mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential - Logistics / Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business Economics preferred.
- Minimum two years’ complex selling experience ideally within pharma, medtech or labs industry.
- Strong verbal and written English Language Skills.
- Flexible to travel domestically and if required internationally (primarily within Europe).
- Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you’ll be flexible with working hours
