Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide the service for foreign partners
- Daily contact via phone, emails and chat with vendors and Clients,
Requirements:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Fluent/ Native speaker of one of the following langauge: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch
- Communicative level of English B1/B2
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent customer service skills, The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria
