On behalf of our client, a leading asset management and securities services company which is developing its financial center in Ireland, we are looking for a Middle Office Treasury Operations Manager.
As a Manager you will be responsible for manage a team of partners within the Cash, Collateral and Settlements group and manage the daily processing of cash flow requests by 3rd party clients.
Your role will involve performing all employee related administrative duties including hiring, compensation distribution, annual reviews and HR related requirements. You will oversee several asset servicing processes which support multiple clients and create process flows and control tools to accommodate new business needs. You will also responsible for liaising directly with clients to onboard new clients and establish banking connectivity and working with clients to resolve cash breaks and issues.
A successful candidate should have at least 6 years relevant work experience preferably in cash or collateral management, including some experience of team management, should speak English fluently and possess a degree in a finance related discipline. Knowledge of custodian settlements processes of listed securities for equities, fixed income and repos is required as well as a familiarity with Hedge Fund structures, products and financial. The candidate should communicate effectively and have previous experience in close cooperation with clients. We seek candidates with strong technical background(excel modeling) and deep understanding of various fixed income instruments. Self – motivation and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team is also required. Willingness to relocate to Ireland is a must.
