We are currently seeking:
Menadżer Projektów Budownictwo Ogólne
Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- management of construction projects (in accordance with the General Construction formula, as well as Design and Build)
- participation in the process of obtaining projects and offering
- responsibility for contract administration and legal aspects on the project
- responsibility for risk management on the project
- responsibility for the budget of the contract (budget preparation, monitoring and control)
- responsibility for the schedule of the contract (preparation of the schedule, its monitoring and control)
- responsibility for safety on the project
- conducting business negotiations
- participation in creating the structure of the team and responsibility
- team management (motivating, building engagement, delegating, evaluating employees, creating development plans and supporting of implementation of development plans)
- Within these tasks, Project Manager will be reporting directly to the District Director responsible for District Building Wrocław
We expect from candidates:
- master degree in construction and knowledge of the construction industry
- experience and knowledge in the implementation of office and industrial projects, value of min. 30 million PLN
- experience on the similar position and implementation of the minimum 2 construction projects in the GW formula in accordance with the budget and the date
- skills of establishing and maintaining relationships with the Clients, partners, contractors and suppliers confirmed by successes in the implementation of projects
- strong focus on results delivery, management skills, business and strategic thinking, excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- highly developed communication and collaboration skills, including building synergies between teams
- experience and skills in creating diverse team and can create a work environment that fosters effective and engaged teams
- "Safety first" approach
- high mindfulness to ethical, social, environmental and quality issues
- initiatives in action - "can do" approaches
- knowledge of English allowing free oral and written communication, Polish is a must
- driving license category B
