DUTIES:

 

  • Analyses customer requests and proposes solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Review bids for specifications, acceptance criteria, and accuracy for proposal to ensure technical solution is properly defined.
  • Creation of drafts and concepts based on existing construction principles and the basis of specifications.
  • Driving and documenting product specification per quality and sales requirements.
  • Creation of documents for CE conformity process.
  • Troubleshoot complaints and nonconformance to identify root causes and implement changes to correct.
  • Maintaining product documentation.
  • Interfaces and communicate with Manufacturing, Compliance, Operations and Procurement to ensure designs are suitable and allow for efficient manufacture and sales.
  • Create and manage Bill of Materials in SAP.
  • Evaluate design alternatives and selecting optimum solution.
  • Determination of test bench components / order/order parts (internal/external)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
  • Engineering degree, preferred Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 1 years of professional work experience
  • Good knowledge of mechanical design principals
  • Good knowledge of Finite Element Analysis
  • Good understanding of CAD-based 2D and 3D applications (CREO)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment and communicate with Customers and Suppliers
