Job description:
Place:Warsaw
- Support for administrative work for the team responsible for new Clients and conflicts issues
- Support a number of processes which include: engagement terms, ring fencing of lateral hires, audit letters, restrictive agreements, closing matters, archiving matters, data maintenance, reporting
- Responsibility for assigned KPI's to meet customer needs
- Performing quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work
- Participation in regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders, as needed
- Resolving any issues at the SSC level
- Acting as a key contact point for the Central team within the SSC
- Monitor work load to ensure smooth, timely and high quality service delivery
- Plan and manage absence of MAT members
- Responsibility for reporting process
- Supporting team in resolving client issues
- Legal background
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Fluent English and Polish
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a Shared Service/BPO environment
- Experience in a law firm or an in house legal department
- SAP experience will be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in document and/or database administration
- Proven experience in data research and ability to review and digest information quickly
- Proven track record in a role of a Team Leader, Process Manager, Project Manager
- Highly competent user of Microsoft desktop productivity tools, MS Excel mandatory
- Willingness to work in a service environment
- Willingness to travel, particularly during transition
- Quality orientation, attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
- Teamwork, analytical and good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
