Zadania:
Job Description The purpose of this role is to:
- Deliver professional business specific services to clients, meeting high level expectations aligned with our firms' standards and culture.
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of assigned services.
Your duties include :
- Supporting a number of processes which include:
- engagement terms,
- ring fencing of lateral hires,
- audit letters,
- restrictive agreements,
- closing matters,
- UAT of some CNCT Systems
- archiving matters
- data maintenance
- reporting
- Being responsible for assigned KPI's to meet customer needs,
- Performing quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work,
- Participation in regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders,
- Supporting team to resolve client issues,
- Escalating issues and risks to the direct manager,
- Act as a key contact point for the Central team within the SSC,
- Monitoring work load to ensure smooth, timely and high quality service delivery,
- Developing and implement backup structure,
- Supporting team to resolve client issues,
- Supporting team to develop and deliver their personal development plans,
- University Degree – Legal background;
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in a Shared Service/BPO environment,
- Fluent English and Polish,
- Experience in a law firm or an in house legal department,
- Quality oriented, attention to detail and accuracy,
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office),
- Experience of SAP,
- Customer focused and service oriented,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills,
- Proficiency in data entry and data management,
- Proven track record in a role of a Team Lead, Process Manager, Project Manager or people supervisor,
- Willingness to travel,
- Ready to relocation to Warsaw,
