Main objective of the role:
The primary focus is to provide the technical expertise that is required to achieve a strong presence on the search engines, increase qualified search engine traffic and lead generation for our commercial activity in PayU Poland. Actively participate in marketing projects covering Polish market in order to deliver business results according to local strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Helping recommend, develop, and execute on-page search engine optimization initiatives to drive incremental natural search traffic
- Provide analysis and make optimization recommendations on website content and navigation structure to improve search engine rankings for key search terms
- Research market and industry trends to ensure on-page optimization are up to date and in compliance with industry best practices.
- Use enterprise SEO tools and search engine webmaster consoles to identify any patterns of structural issues, content duplication issues and working with internal and external teams in fixing the issues
- Analyse web metrics and analytics and create reports and presentations
- Responsible for competition monitoring and cycle (weekly/monthly/yearly) reporting
- Responsible for market, business, customer and consumer analysis and KPIs tracking
- Analyse and plan for seasonal trends in the search marketing space
- Partner closely with other business functions and marketing roles in order to deliver the marketing and commercial objectives
Requirements:
- Knowing the “language of SEO” and be able to translate the concepts in a manner that is meaningful to the business
- Strong understanding of both good and bad search engine optimization tactics
- Ability to readily identify problems and formulate practical solutions to meet commercial objectives within budget framework
- Self‐starters, able to assess situations, develop a plan, get approval and make things happen
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in search engine optimization and / or online marketing
- Experience with web site analytics programs preferred
- Detail oriented
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English command
- Enthusiastic and self-supportive with the ability to work independently
