Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. - Work closely with client, its Vendors and internal stakeholders to design, transform and ensure delivery of interactive operational marketing services (e.g.: digital, e-content, social media)
- Use operational expertise and provide recommendations for new processes and projects implementation
- Engage markets in marketing services, initiate the projects and manage entire execution process with the team of project coordinators
- Demand and budget management for processes designed
- Manage professionally all project risks and issues by building mitigation plans engaging different project stakeholders when needed
- Manage relationship with client and all project stakeholders
- Ensure all projects objectives are met as per client expectations
- Work with client to continually improve the services offered within existing and new service catalogue
- Local, regional and global reporting of the status concerning all projects.
- University degree in Management or Business related subject
- Fluency in English is a must and another European language will be an asset
- Experience in a designing / transformation of processes into operations – min. 6 years; experience in interactive marketing projects will be an important asset
- Ability to build the team, mentor the team and ensure career counseling
- Experience in project management to manage multiple projects at the same time, develop a detailed project plan, manage scope, risks & issues of the projects
- Experience in client facing role
- Ability to build diverse collaborative relationships with a large number of individuals across all levels in the organization
- Experience in BPO/ SCC environment will be an asset
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements, expectations and objectives in the area of new and existing services
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to operate within discipline and to work through multiple competing priorities to identify those that are key to business/organizational success
- Ability to work in challenging environment
