Marketing Coordinator will be located in Szczecin and support Poland region. He/She will have key responsibilities within three business areas:
- Organising Social Media activities and marketing campaigns
- Organize and lead exhibitions and events while ensuring a positive customer experience and the highest possible number of qualified leads
- Organize and lead major tradeshows and partner events
- Work closely with our resellers in planning and executing marketing initiatives
- Qualifying and managing sales leads
- Supporting literature and marketing material translation
- Organising training events, including processing applications, sending out invoices, confirmations and certificates
- Ensuring all the practical details around the trainings like ensuring the location is tidy, materials are handed out
- Liaising with training specialists and the academy manager and implementation of the academy plan
- Supporting our partners with enrolment onto learning and sales portals
- Work closely with our resellers in securing strong educational offerings for our end-user
- Oversee on-site setup and check-in course participants
- Maintain historical attendance records, copies of course outlines, evaluation results
- A bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration, combined with a proven track record for achieving set goals in the capacity of a similar job
- Fluent in Polish and English, both writing and
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a multinational medical device company is needed
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Works systematically, and pays attention to details without losing focus on the key targets
- Experience with Continuing Education courses are a plus
