Your Tasks
- Manage the marketing warehouse
- Manage orders for branding material
- Keeping track of marketing invoices
- Assist in event organization and presentation support
- Support with internal newsletters, as well as picture and video research
Our Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience as a marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach and awareness of priorities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Active Campaign is a plus
