Marketing Acquisition Manager

Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field (or other formal training)
- 2+ years of experience in mobile or display advertising
- Fluent in acquisition platforms (Facebook, Twitter, AdWords, RTBs, ad networks)
- Experience in major areas of mobile marketing including ASO, media buying, and engagement campaigns.
- Facility with using analytics tools, including Swrve, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar, to track, test, and measure the effectiveness of spend.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment (and strong Excel skills)
- Understanding of technical integration and ability to communicate with cross functional teams
- Level of English Knowledge should be not less than Upper Intermediate
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Experience doing A/B/multivariate testing is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize user acquisition strategies to drive user and revenue growth with maximum efficiency on multiple platforms across iOS and Android
- Create realistic acquisition goals and provide timely performance reports focused on KPI's
- Own and cultivate key strategic relationships with acquisition partners such as Facebook, Twitter, Google
- Work cross-functionally (marketing, BD, engineering, creative) to optimize user acquisition funnels across the company
- Identify and test new acquisition and engagement channels
